2/7/13- week one follow up

2/7/13

We haven't had a very easy week around here but we are making it. anyway, i was left with little to no time to exercise (I did try to park far away from the door wherever I went and took the stairs at the ybor campus), I did do my best to practice portion control and I also did my best to back off the soda.

So by taking the stairs and easing off on "intake" I weighed in today with a loss of 4 pounds. Not much but I'll take what I can get.
